You will be in the heart of the Mas Carlot wine estate, in a Provençal farm from the 16th and 19th centuries, magnificently restored. In a single storey house, 250 m2, centred around a patio, which will allow you to enjoy the sweetness of Mediterranean evenings.
On summer days, life will revolve around the heated swimming pool if necessary, secured by an electric shutter to new French safety standards. It is located next to the house and in front of the estate Chapel, in the middle of a large garden. Our tennis court, recently redone, will also be at your disposal.
The six bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are very comfortable for 12 people. There is also the possibility of renting for 18 people because we also have three additional bedrooms in a detached house 50 metres away on the Mas.
The modern and functional kitchen with quality equipment will make your stay easier. In addition to the separate dining room, the living room overlooking the patio and the swimming pool will also be appreciated in winter thanks to its fireplace. The tiled floor is heated. Children, big or small, will have fun gathering on the mezzanine.
You will enjoy a magnificent landscape and immense calm while staying 4 km from Bellegarde and 15 km from the superb cities of Nîmes and Arles.
The Nîmes-Pont du Gard TGV station is 5 km away.
